O CAPITAL GROUP has managed to hold a central position in the national economy and is well known in many parts of Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, notably through our banking group BANK OF AFRICA.
It is also a source of pride that we have been involved in a multitude of structuring and mobilizing projects in several economic sectors.
Without the commitment of our dedicated personnel, these accomplishments would not have seen daylight. In fact, our Group draws on the ongoing determination of its women and men, all of whom are driven by a shared desire to shape a better world, yet with a firm belief that they will play a decisive role in boosting the development of a proud Morocco within a prosperous Africa.

Sous l’impulsion de son Président, M. Othman Benjelloun, O CAPITAL GROUP a su prendre de solides positions dans divers secteurs porteurs, animé par sa volonté ferme de concourir activement au développement économique et social du Maroc.
Initialement orienté vers les métiers de la Banque et de l’Assurance, O CAPITAL GROUP, prônant un horizon d’investissement long-termiste, s’est au fil des années diversifié pour investir de nouveaux secteurs structurants tels que les télécoms, les technologies de l’information, le transport, l’hôtellerie, les énergies renouvelables… tout en veillant à renforcer les synergies entre le Core Business et le reste des activités.
Au-delà des frontières marocaines, O CAPITAL GROUP a adopté un mode de croissance externe à la faveur d’une diversification régionale, dans une logique de partenariats gagnant-gagnant tissés avec des groupes complémentaires afin d’accélérer l’essor panafricain.
De même, reconnu pour être un groupe leader aux racines africaines et à rayonnement international, le Groupe continue de fédérer les investissements étrangers (européens et chinois) à destination du Maroc et de l’Afrique au grand profit du citoyen marocain et africain.
